Axle Straightening & Reconditioning
Our process is:
We evaluate the axle condition, cold straighten the axle within .001-.005" T.I.R., deburr all nicks and grub screw marks, polish and apply rust preservative. Axle pricing is based on us receiving an axle in fair condition. Return shipping is not included.

Custom Karts
We have built many custom karts which include special precision light weight components, mild to severe frame modifications, seat strut modifications, brake system retrofitting, bumper & nurf bar retrofitting and etc...
Here is a picture of one of our custom Kid Karts. This started out as an Energy dirt kid kart. It has gone through some drastic changes. It has adult KG upper and lower bumpers, KG Unico Nose, relocated seat struts, Relocated pedal positions with billed pedals, custom adjustable motor mount, Cassette mounted PKT light weight brake system, PKT light weight sprocket carrier, Complete PKT 25mm axle assembly, Aluminum Tig welded Rear bumper 2.0 lbs. and a PKT black anodized floor pan. All the Goodies!
Nurf Bar Conversions
We make KG Unico/Stilo nurf bar conversion kits to mount the new bars to older karts. This allows you to run the new style body work. This is a weld on kit that includes 4 chromemoly nurf bar receivers with 2 cross-drilled holes in each.
